What Is The MAStermind Hackathon?
A virtual hackathon designed to spark innovation and creative problem-solving in the Maximo Application Suite, the MAStermind Hackathon invites participants to tackle a series of challenges across MAS features like Manage, Health, Mobile, and more. With full access to a dedicated MAS environment, participants can experiment, prototype, and demonstrate real, workable solutions.

Open to Maximo users of all experience levels, the MAStermind Hackathon offers challenges suited for everyone, from beginners to seasoned professionals. Teams are formed to ensure every participant has a collaborative and engaging experience.
How Does The MAStermind Hackathon Work?
In 2025, teams tackled a series of curated challenges designed to explore different aspects of MAS functionality, including challenges on traditional features of Maximo Manage, as well as new applications and feature sets. Team progress was tracked and validated by their coaches, with daily scoreboard updates of each teams status. Outstanding achievements were recognized with awards for winning teams and MVPs (Most Valuable Players). Stay tuned to learn how the MAStermind Hackathon will evolve in 2026!
